Events work
We convene leaders of the relevant fields to discuss ways of ensuring the safe development and use of powerful technologies.
Introduction
Convening the leading figures in our cause areas to spark discussion
In the past decade, FLI has hosted a wide range of events, conferences and workshops. These events have sparked a myriad of important outcomes, including the Asilomar Principles, FLI's multi-million-dollar grant programs, and a large number of important connections and conversations.
Over the years, FLI has displayed a unique ability to convene many of the leading figures in fields relating to our cause areas. This convening power is essential for fostering a collaborative and inclusive problem-solving environment.
