Lotte is the People Operations Lead at FLI. She works to secure top talent for FLI and supports FLI’s team to complete their best work. Prior to this, Lotte worked in operational systems change at Fortify Health (a non-profit tackling malnutrition in India), and also consulted for governments and governmental bodies on emissions to air and pollution modelling. Lotte holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford.
