Lotte is the People Operations Lead at FLI. She works across all operational functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and HR. Prior to this, Lotte worked in operational systems change at Fortify Health (a non-profit tackling malnutrition in India), and also consulted for governments and governmental bodies on emissions to air. Lotte holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford.
