Mike is the Operations Specialist at FLI. He works across all operational functions, but leads on vendor management, contracting and compliance as well as IT and retreat planning. Prior to this, Mike led and scaled operational functions at several fintechs before co-founding the London Initiative for Safe AI (LISA), where he led the organisation’s operations and helped grow a community of AI safety researchers and programmes. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Leicester.
