Ines is FLI’s Impact Evaluator. She leads our efforts to measure the effectiveness of our grantmaking and broader initiatives, with the goal of informing FLI’s strategy. Previously, she worked across academia, policy, and communications, including as a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge.

Ines holds a PhD and MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, where her research focused on program evaluation in the healthcare and education sectors.
